Things are going very well here in Nicaragua. We have been very busy with the feeding programs in San Antonio and with the new location in Jinotepe, just down the road. I have been sharing the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in that area every Sunday. Last Sunday, a man made a profession of faith. I was so pleased to see him come forward and begin his new walk with our Lord. Please pray for him. He cannot read very well and will be depending on true discipleship as he grows. Our Lord warns us that in the last days there will be many deceivers and false prophets that will rise up. We must guard against false teaching and stay in the Word of God to ensure we ourselves aren’t led astray. One of my favorite scriptures is 2 Tim 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. I want to encourage you to get into God’s Word!

We had a couple come down from North Carolina and give a Pastor’s Workshop. They brought 2 Proclaimers. This is a wonderful device that operates like a radio playing the New Testament. It has a solar panel and a crank to generate electricity. They also brought old mp3 players that we can download the Bible on for those who can’t read. I thank God for their wonderful Gift. Romans 10:17 tells us “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Be in prayer about the following:

  • ·         Our friend William, who needs glasses and reading lessons. (He wants to go to Seminary)
